Kristy is the Mobility Manager at Battle Creek Transit, an urban transit system in Battle Creek, Michigan. As the Mobility Manager, Kristy coordinates and facilitates transportation and mobility options for the community. In this position, created in late 2020, Kristy serves as the project manager for the area’s first microtransit pilot, BCGo. Born and raised in Battle Creek, Michigan, Kristy is passionate about improving mobility throughout her community. Her past work experience in the non-profit and banking industries have provided her with the experience and community connections needed to lead successful programs such as BCGo. Kristy actively participates in APTA’s Mobility Management Committee as well as various advisory groups and community organizations.
