Andrew Clay is a Project Manager- Sustainability, in Planning and Sustainability for the System Development Division at the Jacksonville Transportation Authority in Jacksonville, Florida. He has a Master's of Urban and Regional Planning from Florida Atlantic University and an undergrad in Political Science & International Relations from Christopher Newport University. His current projects include JTA’s Climate Action Plan, Zero Emissions Transition Plan, and Facility Decentralization Master Plan. He has diverse planning experience in Transportation and Environmental Planning, Human Services Planning, Transit, and Community Development.
