Jaime McKay is the deputy director of Transit Services of Frederick County, having previously served as a transportation planner with WSP and Maryland Department of Transportation Maryland Transit Administration. She has been recognized as both an ACT (2016) and Mass Transit magazine (2020) 40 Under 40 Recipient, and as the Frederick County Commission for Women’s Up and Coming Woman of the Year (2022).
