With over a fifteen years of experience in public transportation at the Central Ohio Transit Authority, Elliott serves the public as Service Planning Manager. He’s led long and short range planning initiatives such as COTA’s network restructuring plan, COTA NextGen, the agency’s vision of transit through 2050, and the launch of COTA//Plus, an on-demand microtransit service. He takes a leading role in ensuring COTA fulfills its commitment to supporting civil rights and environmental justice.
