Krish Inbarajan is the Chief Executive Officer of Preteckt, a transportation technology start-up headquartered in Memphis Tennessee with an international office located in Toronto, Canada. With over 15 years of experience in the connected vehicle and fleet industries, he was recruited by Preteckt to spearhead the company’s growth, following a four-year investment in research and development. Inbarajan is passionate about connected vehicles and growing the industry. Inbarajan arrived at Preteckt from Cisco Jasper (formerly Jasper) where he was head of connected vehicles. At Cisco Jasper, he was responsible for several milestone accomplishments. His team grew the number of OEM customers from two to more than 30 around the world. Inbarajan’s team also grew the number of connected vehicles from 1 million to more than 40 million. Jasper was acquired by Cisco for $1.4 billion in 2016. Krish Inbarajan gained foundational experience working with General Motors’ OnStar across multiple functions. During this period, he obtained 10 U.S. Patents, including one for the first vehicle diagnostic email from that deciphers vehicle health to customers. His OnStar experience led to him to Ryder, where he led the connected truck program and held financial responsibility for all aspects of telematics. In this role, he helped develop sales methods, create metrics for cost efficiency and leverage diagnostic data to engage fleet companies. Inbarajan has worked in different roles across the globe in Asia, Europe and North America. He has degrees from BITS, Pilani and London Business School. His family is his other passion - loving wife, kids and pet yorkshire terrier.
