Kyle has been with LA Metro since 2017, spearheading several workforce and economic development initiatives for the agency. Kyle launched Workforce Initiative Now - Los Angeles, which provides training and employment opportunities to disadvantaged populations. He has supported other workforce efforts including Metro's Project Labor Agreement and bus operator hiring. Kyle has also managed construction mitigation programs that provide technical assistance and grant funds to small businesses impacted by transit project construction.
